Morgans held a Press Event on June 28th to present the reopening of its renovated restaurant and revamped menu to the local media, restaurant reviewers and  food writers. To view photos of the event click here.

Morgans is a casual, New England style fish house in a space that is interesting and inviting. The bar is a great place to meet for a drink or have a bite to eat, and the spacious dining room is comfortable and inviting. If you’re in the mood for some entertainment, try sitting at the counter looking into the kitchen and watch the show while enjoying delicious food. The restaurant is perfect for a casual get together with friends, but is also great for business or private functions, with a private dining room that holds up to 50 people.

Morgans is renowned for it fresh seafood prepared in a classic style.

Morgans’ menu features a raw bar list, a “simply grilled” selection for those who prefer a great piece of fish that is not covered with sauce or overdone. Some favorites dishes include the blackened Montauk swordfish with the Chef’s signature voodoo sauce. Maine lobster roll and Norwegian Salmon ‘Oscar’.  Not a seafood lover, Morgans offers a wide variety of non-seafood choices, such as,  steaks, burgers and a chicken dishes for landlubbers.

There is also a vast selection of wines by the glass, a great cocktail menu, as well as a wine list that is sure to please.  Desserts are pretty fabulous here too, featuring the signature ice cream sundae, banana cream pie, keylime pie, just to name a few.  And for the kid in you, try a delicious root beer float.
